GTA Online: Stimulus Package Worth $500K Of In-Game Money For The Online Version Of Grand Theft Auto Delayed; Beach Bum Pack and Content Creator Arriving For Free

Since GTA Online seems to be more stable already, with the game working most of the time, Rockstar has revealed new information about the open world multiplayer game.

One of the updates included in the series of announcement provided by Rockstar about GTA Online revealed that the stimulus package will be delayed. This package is supposed to reward players of Grand Theft Auto Online with in-game money worth half a million dollars to make up for the poor launching of the game. As announced, GTA Online's stimulus package will begin to arrive next week via a title update for the Grand Theft Auto 5.

The cause of the delay of the cash stimulus package, as posted on Forbes is that, "there are still 'tweaks and fixes' that have to be resolved ahead of next week's title update, and the money will be handed out sometime after that." There will be two payments of $250,000 for gamers who played GTA Online this October.

Furthermore, aside from the announcement regarding the delay of the stimulus package for the GTA Online, Rockstart also revealed that the first add-on content and the content creator tool will be available for free.

As Rockstar attempts to give more life into GTA Online, the game company announced that the first content pack for the game called the Beach Bum Pack will arrive for a fascinating price of $0. This first add-on content is set to provide "all-new beach themed vehicles and new weaponry" which can be used both in the Story Mode and GTA Online and Story Mode.

Players will get fresh options to customized GTA Online character such as new tattoos, hairstyles, etc. New jobs will also be included on GTA Online like Survivals, Gang Attacks, Parachutes, Races, among others.

The first part of the Content Creation system will roll out as well, according to Rockstar. This tool enables the players to make their own deathmatches and races, which will be reviewed by Rockstar, and insert into the game.
