iPad Air Case: Logitech Unveils A New Line Of Ultrathin Cases, Covers And Keyboard Folios For Apple’s Newest Tablet – Starting at $49.99

Logitech was not the first to offer iPad Air case, cover and keyboard folio in fact Belkin was the first to hit the ground. However, it is not about to lose the race for the upcoming iPad Air release this November 1.

The Swiss company unveils four new accessories for the latest Apple tablet:

The cheapest offering from Logitech is its Folio Protective Case ($49.99). It is made from durable, water repellant materials that can protect the iPad Air from accidental spills. It covers both front and back of the tablet that can double as a stand in different positions. The protective case also offers SecureLock system that keeps the corners of the iPad securely fastened to the frame.

Weighs only 261g (0.58 pounds) and measures just 14 mm (0.546 inches) thick, it doesn’t provide a keyboard however. It offers four-color options.

Second in line is the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover, which sells for $99.99. It features a thin, light, Bluetooth keyboard which Weighs only 330g (0.73 pounds) and measures just 7.3mm (0.29 inches) thick.

It offers protection only for the iPad screen but it is made from ultrathin aluminum design, which is available in three-color options. It features rechargeable keyboard, which comes with an included USB cable but does not support external USB devices. Logitech claims that you can get up to three months of battery life on a full charge.

Now the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Folio, which also sells for $99.99. It basically offers the same keyboard functions with Ultrathin Keyboard Cover but with two-sided protection. This is more of an integration between the two previous products mentioned above.

Finally, Logitech FabricSkin Keyboard Folio is the top of the line offering for iPad Air. This costs $149.99 and features a full-sized wipe-clean keyboard. It includes time-saving iOS® shortcut keys for copy, paste, undo and more.

It covers both front and the back of the iPad Air. It is made from water-repellant materials that can protect the tablet from spills.

It’s rechargeable and can be charged using the included USB cable with up to three months battery life in one full charging. Offers four-color options as well, weighs 425g, and measures 255.5 mm x 185 mm x 18.5 mm.
