Welcome, Trouble Maker - A New Kind of Sexy

BEAST Jang Hyun Seung and HyunA's project group, Trouble Maker, is all the rage. Their new album, Chemistry is laden with sexiness. If their first single, "Trouble Maker" was just a typecast of sexy, then their new single "Now" is a previously unseen kind of sexy. It's not only shows off sexiness, it exudes it. Their status as idol stars didn't stop them from releasing a "rated R" music video. They have essentially broken free from the obligation to keep a pure image as idol stars.

Trouble Maker's second single has taken the top spots in all the online charts, including MelOn and Soribada since their release on October 28th. Their music video performance and the song was both an instant hit the moment the song was released. They have also been the most searched celebrities of the day since the mini-album's release.

The teaser for "Now" was a shock when it was released and has been a hot issue since. The teaser featured the two artists making love in a very realistic fashion. Jang Hyun Sung was shirtless, and HyunA was wearing a see-through shirt. Their kissing and other actions were evident of what it was portraying.

The music video, concept, and even the clothes were handpicked by Troublemaker. They recorded "Now", which was written by Shinsadong Tiger who wrote their first runaway hit "Trouble Maker", in between their performances as members of BEAST and 4MINUTE. The song was already completed earlier this year, but they wanted to input their individual styles into the concept of the song. The motto for the album was to "make music that only Troublemaker can do".

It's a good thing, then, that both HyunA and Jang Hyun Seung are the best performers in their individual groups. Their movements are just oozing with sex appeal, so it's not without expectation that their combination becomes an intense wave of sexiness.

Their target has never been tied down to teenagers. They appeal to the older crowd in their twenties and thirties as well. Their music has been labeled by their own entertainment company as "Grown Up Content".

Their entertainment company, Cube Entertainment, issued a statement about their album, saying, "Their music is honest. It's not overly sexy - it is sexy in itself. It's not a make-believe kind of sexy. Their dance will portray both the sexual tension and the frustration that exists between a distressed couple. HyunA and Jang Hyun Seung's individual charm will also be portrayed thoroughly as well."

The theme for "Now" is Bonny and Clyde. It is an appropriate theme that portrays a couple that escapes the everyday life in pursuit of their passion.
