PlayStation Plus Free Games: Sony’s Instant Game Collection For November Includes ‘Metal Gear Rising’, ‘Remember Me’ And ‘OddWorld’
PlayStation Plus free games for Europe have been announced.
Sony had been very generous this October as it provided five PlayStation Plus free games for subscribers in Europe. This coming November, only 4 PlayStation Plus free games have been announced, but the list comprises of very good titles including "Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance."
Developed by Platinum Games, this action hack and slash video game is created for the PlayStation 3. Metal Gear Rising; Revengeance is the 9th canonical entry in the series, and the gameplay is set 4 years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.
Aside from Metal Gear Rising, other PlayStation Plus free games that entered the Instant Game Collection on October 23 were "Remember Me" for the PlayStation 3 and the "Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath" for PS Vita users. Describing Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath, Gaming Bolt noted that it is "one of Just Add Water's better games, and perhaps one of the best games produced under the Oddworld line.
Moreover, MotorStorm RC was also included as one of the PlayStation Plus free games for November.
Meanwhile, PlayStation Plus free games that left the Sony's Instant Game Collection for Europe were "Far Cry" and "Mafia 2" and "Spec Ops: The Line" which were all PlayStation 3 titles. Moreover, "Street Fighter x Tekken" and "Touch My Katamari" for PS Vita were also part of PlayStation Plus free games for October.
To be able to enjoy PlayStation Plus free games, PS3 and PS Vita owners need to be a member of PS Plus first. The annual subscription for PlayStation Plus is worth £39.99. Aside from getting PlayStation Plus free games, members will also be able to access the online multiplayer modes offered by upcoming PlayStation 4 titles.
For the PlayStation Plus free games for US subscribers, expect Sony to announce its November 2013 offering in the coming days.
