Battlefield 4 Update: China Rising Expansion Pack Available On December 3 For Premium Players

Gamers ardently waiting for the first expansion pack of Battlefield 4, the China Rising, should know that the DLC will be released to Premium players on December 3.

Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack will be available to those who paid for the expensive premium two weeks before the general release of the DLC, according to PC Gamer. This means that Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack will be available for everyone starting on December 17.

The release schedule can be seen at the Premium Calendar, which is located on the premium section of the Battlelog page. After logging in, users can check the schedule of release for the forthcoming DLC.

According to the post, Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack will "add four new maps set in 'the vast and majestic Chinese mainland', which will be full of new vehicles and 'high-tech military equipment'".

Furthermore, those who pre-ordered the game will get Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack for free. However, it is not clarified yet if they will get the expansion pack same period as the Premium members or several weeks later, during its general release.

Aside from the Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack, gamers who paid for the premium package will get the remaining 4 packs earlier than the general release. After Battlefield 4 China Rising expansion pack, the DLC for the next pack, Second Assault will be release. Meanwhile, the remaining three expansion packs, namely, the Naval Strike, Dragon's Teeth and Final Stand, do not have release details yet.

Those who are interested to be a Premium member need to pay $49.99 to be able to subscribe and enjoy all the perks and expansions it offers.

Battlefield 4 is already out in the US market, and it will be available in Europe and UK on Friday, November 1.
