iPhone 6 Release Date: Apple To Unveil 5-inch 1080p HD Display Phablet Which Can Be Operated With One Hand - iWatch, iTv And A Gaming Console All Coming In September 2014?

It's not even two months since Apple's new iPhone 5s and 5c were released and people are already talking about the iPhone 6 release date.

Numerous speculations are circulating about what the 8th generation iPhone would look like, what would it features be and when would it be released.

Moreover, analysts are also seeing new products in line for the next Apple Launch. iWatch and iTv are among the popular ones.

With the coming of bigger screen handsets or popularly known as phablets, iPhone seems to be losing the race. Apple CEO Tim Cook justified the company's decision in sticking with the 4-inch display.

"My view continues to be that the iPhone 5 has the absolute best display in the industry," he said. "And we always strive to create the very best display for our customers...Some customers value large screen size; others value also other factors such as resolution, color quality, white balance, brightness, reflectivity, screen longevity, power consumption, portability, compatibility with apps, and many things. Our competitors had made some significant trade-offs in many of these areas in order to ship a larger display; we would not ship a larger display iPhone while these trade-offs exist."

Being said that, could it be that the Cupertino Company is really working on larger display iPhone without compromising other valuable factors. Well according to Macotakara, a Japanese magazine called Mac Fan reports Apple's next generation iPhone display is a done deal.

Apple apparently plans to make the screen of the phone as "thin as possible" with a full HD 1080p Retina display allowing the giant company to promote the new iPhone as the first phablet to be operated with one hand.

Some of well-known analysts in the business in the likes of, Gene Munster of Piper Jaffray and Cantor Fitzgerald's analyst Brian White are backing up such claims. Both analysts are willing to bet that Apple will release a bigger screen iPhone based on their meeting with Apple's iPhone suppliers in Asia.

In addition Korea Herald reported that the upcoming Apple iWatch's OLED display will be provided by LG Display, however the Taiwan-based company, RiTDisplay will be Apple's first choice as supplier making LG Display the secondary supplier only. The said smartwatch has been rumored to arrive late 2013 but Apple's recently event did not launch the said product and now speculations are made that iWatch will probably be released next year alongside iPhone 6.

Another popular item in the list is iTv or HDTV. Wall Street Journal reported that according to a Japanese analyst, that the iTv which is due for release next year will come in two-size variants a 55- and 65-inch screen sizes, with a retail price between $1,500 to $2,500.

Lastly, A gaming console, Apple is said to be working on a gaming device, but this is most probably a no go since most analysts believe that the Cupertino company is more focused on developing the next generation of iPhone and a possible iWatch.
