There was heavy snow since yesterday at Niigata Toki Messe, where TVXQ is holding their fourth stop for ‘Live Tour 2012: Tone’ concert. Despite the weather there was a crowd of 1,500 people gathered from early dawn waiting in line to buy souvenir. The people are waiting for the show that begins at 6PM JST.
