Kang Minkyung’s provocative reinterpretation of “The Two of Us” is causing a sensation among fans.

On the February 18 episode of "Saturday Freedom - Immortal Song 2," Kang Min Kyung of Davichi shocked the audience with a remake of Chaeyeon's "The Two of Us."

Before going on stage, she had said that "Immortal Song2 allows me to re-do a song to create a stage that I want which is so exciting. The part 'Na na na na na na' of the song is so famous and everyone knows it. I hope they are looking forward to the new touch that I've given it."

Once on stage, Kang Min Kyung, dressed only in a long white mens' button-down shirt, appeared frail and dejected yet erotic. Her stable pitch and unique re-make of the song caught the attention of the judges.

Producer Kim Changhwan, who himself had served as the muse for that day's show, recalled that "Chaeyeon had felt like a college student trying to seduce another student, whereas Kang Min Kyung felt like a woman seducing a man. The dejected yet erotic atmosphere really gave the song a new look."
