The matriarch of the Kardashian-Kendall family was reportedly investing on the 18-year old model aspirant's career in the music industry. Kris wants her second to the youngest daughter to save the Kardashian empire from its upcoming demise and has allegedly asked well known people in the music industry such as Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds to help her daughter be the next Selena Gomez.

"Whatever Kris touches turns to gold, and now she's hoping that her Midas touch will affect Kendall's voice. The doting mom is convinced that Kendall is the next pop sensation, and when Keeping Up With The Kardashians ends its run in 2015, the sprawling family's matriarch plans on marketing Kendall as the next Selena," according to Hollywood Life's report.

While Kendall is known for her talents in the runway and the fashion industry her singing voice is yet to be heard. According to the sources of Star magazine, Kris does not care whether her youngster can sing or not as long there's a fat paycheck coming in. "Kris isn't concerned about the fact that Kendall can't really sing, and jokes that pop stars lip-sync anyway," according to an insider.

It's obvious that Kris Jenner has connections, ones that could help her achieve what she is envisioning for Kim, Khloe and Kourtney's younger half sister.

According to the reports mama Kardashian is aiming for Kendall Jenner to enter the music industry at the end of their hit reality TV series "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" on 2015.

Why do Kris is targeting Selena Gomez's fame, a question remains to be unanswered but according to a report from cambio.com, maybe Kendall is more of the Sel type rather than a Taylor Swift type.
