Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remake To Copy XIII-2 With Creature Create Feature, Bonus Dresspheres Available: Lightning Returns To Release Live Action Commercial!

Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD Remake are nearly upon us, and more news has surfaced regarding bonus content, as well as another Square Enix title, Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII.

During a recent interview with Siliconera, Square Enix producer Yoshinori Kitase confirms that Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD Remake will include Last Mission from the X-2 International release.

"In addition to the Last Mission from X-2, additional dresspheres and the Creature Creator will be included in the game," says Kitase.

Much like Final Fantasy XIII-2 with its Paradigm Pack which enlists monsters as teammates, Creature Create will allow players to capture monsters and replace Yuna, Rikku, or Paine in battle.

According to Joystiq, this is also possible for human characters like Lulu, Kimahri, and NPCs like Seymour Guado.

More will be revealed regarding this intriguing feature once Final Fantasy X and X-2 HD Remake arrive this December in Japan for the PS3 and Vita.

Meanwhile, Gameranx is reporting that Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will release a hybrid live action/CGI commercial to promote the upcoming Square Enix release.

Reportedly, the commercial will air in Japan November 16, and will focus on Lightning's ability to change costumes during battle.

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will arrive in Japan November 22, and February 11 of next year in the U.S.
