Baek Ji Woong is Eliminated

Baek Ji Woong was the third contestant to leave the show.

This week's ‘K Pop Star’ contestants each performed by a piece chosen under the theme ‘A Song by My Idol.’

After the performance of the top 8, each person's total score was calculated. 60% of the score reflects the judges' scores, 30% SMS voting, and 10% pre-performance voting.

Park Jimin's name was called first and she made it to the next round with the highest score. Then, the MCs called out Yoon Hyun Sang and Lee Ha Ee, leaving Baek Ah Yeon, Lee Michelle, Lee Seung Hun, and Baek Ji Woong on stage.

Eventually Baek Ah Yeon was called and she made it to the next round with the second highest score. Lee Michelle also left the stage, which meant that either Baek JI woong or Lee Seung Hoon would be asked to leave. In the end, Yoon Do Hyun announced Baek Ji Woong's elimination.
