New Android Phones 2013: Chinese Brand Gionee Elife E7 Claims Title As Best Android Cameraphone, Packs 16MP Primary Shooter, 8MP Front Cam, High-End Specs

The Android world is already filled with top alpha dogs from several OEMs, and each one of them claiming something to build their marketing campaign. Samsung, Sony, HTC, LG and Motorola all have it, and so far they have succeeded in becoming the makers of top and new Android phones in 2013. But one lesser-known company is trying to get to the pedestal with its brave claim - having the best cameraphone in the market.

Whether you have already heard of Chinese manufacturer Gionee or not isn't the question. But obviously, it is not just making an empty claim without the real deal. Its newest flagship, the Elife E7 certainly has what it takes to become the best Android cameraphone.

Packing a 5.5" JDI display with 1920x1080 resolution and Gorilla Glass 3, the E7's screen certainly is among the best in the industry. It also boasts a powerful quad-core Krait 400 processor clocked a 2.2Ghz, and a Snapdragon 800 chipset.

In comparison, its 4G LTE variant sports more powerful specs, 2.5Ghz Krait 400 with Snapdragon 800, and 3GB of RAM.

However, what separates the Elife E7 from the rest is its 16-megapixel camera lens, and an 8MP front camera that rivals even the best rear cameras of Android midrangers today.

To top it off, it has a 2,500mAh of battery and hopefully Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box.

The Gionee Elife E7 will arrive to the Chinese market on December 5, with several color options (Black, White, Blue, Pink, Green, Yellow and Orange). The 16GB version will retail at about $443, while the 32GB edition would sell at $525. There isn't an exact release date for the international market yet, though it may arrive early in 2014.
