iPad Pro Rumors: Taiwanese Supplier Quanta Will Produce 12.9" iPads Next Year, iWatch Devices Also Join In

For Apple, innovation, smart marketing, and gorgeous designs have been the right mix in creating two of the fastest-selling tablets of our age, the iPad Air, and the iPad mini 2. But fast-forward to 2014, iPad Pro rumors are already pointing to a more powerful piece of technology.

In fact, Taiwanese manufacturer Quanta was allegedly tapped by Apple itself to produce the rumored 12.9" tablet.

The rumor, which spread like wildfire earlier this week, claimed that the company would be manufacturing not just the rumored iPad Pro, but the wearable iWatch as well.

But first things first.

According to Apple Insider, Quanta is expecting difficulty in producing the larger iPad tablet, mainly because the slate's dimensions are not 'mainstream specification'. Samsung and LG have 10.1" tablets, while there are hundreds more below the 10-inch category. As a result, the report is expecting limited supply for the upcoming Apple tablet when it launches at the latter half of next year.

Meanwhile, the iWatch has been reportedly in the works for some time now. Unfortunately, Apple Insider reports that there are low yields of the product, which would probably push the release date to Q2 in 2014. It allegedly has a lot of biometric sensors, which means it would primarily focused on monitoring one's health and vitals.

While all these are just rumors, Apple Insider has been more than accurate in its latest leaked info. But taking all these details with a pinch of salt certainly would not hurt.
