Fans were worried when Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas spent the holidays apart, after many speculated that Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas would get engaged over the winter. A new report now reveals that Prince Harry is more smitten than ever with Cressida, and won't stop texting and calling. Will Prince Harry and his girlfriend Cressida Bonas get engaged soon after all?
Classicalite reports via OK! Magazine that Prince Harry was obsessed with Cressida over the holidays, and couldn't stop thinking about her while they were apart.
"He was always leaving the room to answer a text from her and [the family] lost count of how many times he'd pop out and call her. He really missed Cressy more than he expected, and it made him even more confident that she's the one for him," a source told the publication.
Prince Harry and his girlfriend spent Christmas and New Year's without each other, because it would have been inappropriate for Cressida to join him and the royal family at the Queen's Sandringham estate.
"His Royal Highness knows that it would not be appropriate for Miss Bonas to join the Royal family for Christmas until they are a married couple," a courtier told the Telegraph at the time.
According to Vanity Fair, Cressida celebrated the New Year in 2014 at an "exclusive bash" in the Caribbean on Necker Island (owned by Richard Branson - Cressida's half-sister Isabella is married to his son Sam), while Prince Harry partied at an "English country pub," The Crooked Billet pub in Stoke Row, Berks, The Mirror reports.
Though they were oceans apart, it sounds like Harry was starting to regret being away from Cressy over the holiday season!
Prince Harry, 28, and Cressida, 24, have been dating since early 2012. Rumors that a royal wedding may come for the pair this year are still buzzing, but we'll have to wait and see if a royal engagement is coming in 2014!
