NBA Trade Rumors - Joakim Noah, Kirk Hinrich On Trading Block? Will Derrick Rose Return To An All New Chicago Bulls?

The NBA trade rumors continue, as teams reach a pivotal turning point. Joakim Noah and Kirk Hirich of the Chicago Bulls may be next in line. Their team waved the white flag on their core with the Luol Deng trade.

Noah, for one, did not take the trade lightly. As reported by the Chicago Tribune:

"It was believed that he would address the media - all of four Chicago-based reporters - after the Bulls' Friday morning shootaround at the Bradley Center. But Noah told a team official that he would remain mute.

It begs the question: Just how angry is Noah? And is his silent act hindering the Bulls in their effort to turn the page on the deal?"

Joakim Noah is expressive and outspoken. Thus, when he decides to give the silent treatment, it is definitely serious.

Despite all the team's denials that they have quit, NBA insiders like Chad Ford of ESPN can see through the motions. Addressing a question on whether the Bulls would not trade Noah and Hinrich:

"Don't think so. Lots of talk about those two as well as Boozer. I've said this in several of our last Tank Ranks, management has made the decision to tank this season. Coach isn't on board, but they can keep taking cards out of his hand to play."

It would be a time bomb waiting to explode. Coach Tom Thibodeau is one of the best coaches in the league who has led his team to compete despite the adversity. He will not take this sitting down. However, management needs to think about the future of the team, not just in basketball but from a business standpoint.

Noah is probably the second most important player for the Bulls (after Derrick Rose). An active, defense oriented center and an MVP point guard are good pieces to start with, but the Bulls have fallen short and management feels that this team has reached its ceiling.

Noah was involved in rumors over the summer for La Marcus Aldridge. However, it is doubtful that Portland would want to trade at this point. Hinrich would be a great back-up point guard for the Warriors, and the Bulls are already evaluating the Warriors offers.

Stay tuned for further developments on this thread.
