Upcoming Samsung Phones 2014: Galaxy S5 Tipped To Be Launched In Mid-March In London, Not During The MWC

This year promises a number of upcoming Samsung phones 2014 that will certainly change the landscape of competition. The Galaxy Note 3 Neo for one, would incorporate Note 2's design with Note 3's faux black leather case into a handset that has a much affordable pricetag.

Another phone that has been getting lots of rumors is the upcoming Galaxy S5 flagship phone. Now, a tweet from an Italian journalist says that his source claims the phone's launch by mid-March in an event in London.

Samsung to hold its next Global launch (S5?) event in London in a mid March date, a reliable source confirmed me.

This could mean that the new Galaxy S5 will not make its debut during the Mobile World Congress event in Barcelona in February. While that may seem disappointing for people who have been holding out to purchase the much-awaited handset, the rumored launch date in mid-March would also follow the Korean manufacturer's usual schedule in releasing phones from its Galaxy S lineup. 

Let us just wait and see whether Samsung sticks to its previous schedule or make a new one this year.
