‘Vampire Diaries’ Season 5 Spoilers: Damon ‘Is Bad Again,’ Ian Somerhalder Teases; Is Enzo A Bad Influence On Elena Relationship?

The latest "Vampire Diaries" season 5 spoilers were revealed by Ian Somerhalder himself! Looks like after his breakup from Elena, Damon is going bad again - with the help of Enzo.

"Damon is bad again," Ian Somerhalder revealed in an interview with China Joy during a recent trip to China, Wetpaint reports.

"He's sort of the bad Damon, which is always a lot of fun. Because he's heartbroken from Elena. He wants to just eat people and drink booze."

In December, executive producer Caroline Dries revealed that Enzo will be back for "The Vampire Diaries" season 5 when the show returns for its 100th episode on January 23, 2014. Was Enzo behind Damon and Elena's break up?

"Damon's fear is, 'What if I end up changing her? What if I make her bad?'" Dries said.

"[Enzo is] starting to get into his head. So he's starting to think, 'What if I change her?' That's why he made his decision. Going forward, the 100th episode will revisit this fight that they had, this break-up, and he's going to get some good brotherly advice that will push him in the right direction," she explained.

Ian Somerhalder confirmed that his character Damon and Enzo (Michael Malarkey) will be spending a lot of time together when "TVD" returns: "Enzo is the man," he said. "There's a lot of Enzo and Damon. I think it's called Denzo."

But don't worry, Delena fans! Dries revealed that not all hope is lost for Damon and Elena in "Vampire Diaries" season 5.

"Yeah, no," Dries said. "They just had a big blowout fight/break-up. But we have to see going forward, the next time they're in the same room together, how they deal with it."

Let's hope Damon doesn't spiral too much out of control now that he doesn't have Elena as his rock to keep him stable and good!
