Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott May Not Divorce After All? Reality Stars Spotted Together But Will They Still Have House After Being Given Eviction Notice?

Could it be that Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are not divorcing after all? The reality TV stars were snapped together in L.A. on Thursday, January 9 for the first time since the cheating rumors surfaced.

E! News reported that Spelling and McDermott were seen going inside the building in L.A. and spent over an hour there. There's reportedly a couple's counseling service inside although it's not clear whether or not the couple attended a session.

The couple has four children together, Liam, 6, Stella, 5, Hattie, 2 and Finn, 16 months and Spelling is doing all she can to make the marriage work for their kids, even if the cheating reports is still "very raw" for her, according to E!

But Star magazine reported that McDermott is desperate for a divorce.

A source told Star that, "Dean wants a divorce and has for some time, but Tori is holding on for the sake of her business and her public image."

Emily Goodhand, the woman who said that she had sex with McDermott, claimed that Spelling wouldn't slept with him. Meanwhile, Star reported that Spelling has been telling her own friends that McDermott "is a sex maniac" who "constantly wants to have sex with her."

"But Dean, who does love sex, has shared with a friend that he doesn't want to have sex with Tori. They have not been intimate for more than a year and that alone has torn her up completely," the source said.

Tori Spelling, the source added, is having a difficult time living in denial about Dean McDermott's transgressions but that doesn't mean that she will opt for a divorce.

Meanwhile, divorce is not the only thing weighing on Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott as they were allegedly served with an eviction notice in their Los Angeles rental home.

In a report by RadarOnline, the eviction notice stated: "pursuit to the residential lease agreement dated March 28, 2013...there is now due, unpaid, delinquent rent in the amount of $7,750."

But the couple already has a new home in the Tarzana District, still in L.A.
