PlayStation Plus Free Games: PS3 Game ‘Bioshock Infinite’ Entering Instant Game Collection Tomorrow, January 14; PS Store Offers Up To 75% Discount On Various Games

As part of the PlayStation Plus free games this month, Bioshock Infinite is coming to Sony's Instant Game Collection tomorrow.

According to a post on the official PlayStation Blog, Bishock Infinite will be the PlayStation Plus free game for those using the PS3 console.

Bioshock Infinite is a first person shooter game created by Irrational Games and published by 2K Games. As posted on the official blog, the game will take the players to the "utopia of Colombia. Furthermore, below is the gameplay for PS3 game, Bioshock Infinite, as described on the post:

As Booker DeWitt, a hired gun, you've been contracted to find Elizabeth, a mysterious girl locked up in a massive tower with a giant mechanical bird as a bodyguard. Just like BioShock had plasmids to amp up its first-person shooter combat, BioShock Infinite has vigors. Ranging from defensive with Return to Sender, which absorbs all damage and sends it hurling back at your enemy to the offensive with Charge, where Booker will slam into a specified opponent, you can mix up your play style throughout the game's campaign.

Other PlayStation Plus free games announced for January are "Don't Starve for PS4", another PS3 title, "DmC; Devil May Cry" and Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, as posted on Joystiq. Moreover, PS Vita users with PlayStation Plus subscription will get brain-training game, "Smart As..." and Team 17's "Worms: Battle Islands."

Moreover, it has been confirmed that PS4 game, "Outlast" will be one of the PlayStation Plus free games for February 2014, as confirmed on the game's official Facebook page. The post, as cited by PlayStation Lifestyle, reads, "Outlast will be free in February for all PlayStation Plus users (PS4 only). #OUTLAST #PS4 #PSPLUS"

 The survival horror PS4 title contains adult themes and suitable only for ages 18 and up.

Furthermore, the PlayStation Store is currently holding its 14 for '14 promotion which offers huge discounts for both PS3 and PS Vita games. Some of the games currently available now at PS Plus for cheaper prices are "Crysis 3", "The Wolf Among Us Season Pass and "Far Cry: Blood Dragon."
