Project Spark Beta Xbox One Arriving In February: Instructions On How To Get Beta Keys Posted On Official FB Page Of The Game
Release schedule of 'Project Spark' beta for Xbox One has been revealed.
According to a post on Trusted Reviews, Project Spark will enter beta on Microsoft Xbox One in February, joining the beta members for the Windows 8 PC.
The announcement about Project Spark beta for Xbox One was made on the official Facebook page of the game, together with the instructions on how to access the beta keys.
The FB post reads:
Project Spark Xbox One closed beta begins in February. If you have a Windows 8 beta key, it will also give you access to the Xbox One beta. If you are in the Windows 8 beta, you automatically have access to the Xbox One beta when it starts. If you gave away your Project Spark beta key, don't worry, we have you covered and will be sending everyone a second key when Xbox One beta begins.
Moreover, Team Dakota also hosted a live streaming via Twitch to confirm the release of Project Spark beta for Xbox One. Though it has already been confirmed that Project Spark beta for Xbox One is coming this February, the arrival may be delayed to March if development issues emerge.
According to its Wikipedia page, Project Spark is a "game-maker" video game created for Windows 8, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. Moreover, it is a "digital canvas which can be used to make games, movies and other experiences."
As posted on Eurogamer, citing Team Dakota, "Project Spark allows you to create game worlds and systems from an easy-to-use but vast selection of tools." The developer also shared, "Any creations already built on the game's PC version will be accessible on Xbox One."
Project Spark was first announced during Microsoft's press conference at E3 2013. The Project Spark beta for Windows 8 PC was opened in December 2013. However, no word has been made yet on plans regarding a Project Spark beta for the Xbox 360.
