Grey's Anatomy Season 10 Spoilers: Sarah Drew On Jackson And Matthew As Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey Inks 2-Year Contract!

As "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 continues its long hiatus, spoilers regarding the cast members and the characters have surfaced.

Firstly, while no one knows who April will choose once "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 returns.

Recently, actress Sarah Drew spoke to TVLine regarding April's choice between Matthew and Jackson.

“We pick up moments after where we left off, and we will know who April has chosen right off the bat,” promised Drew.

“No matter whom she chose, people are going to be murmuring and gossiping about this forever.”

Sounds like the drama won't be over anytime soon no matter who April chooses, especially given the fallout with Matthew and Stephanie.

"This is going to have a devastating effect on Stephanie," admitted Jesse Williams to the Hollywood Reporter. "In situations where you have somebody being left at the altar, it's usually the dashing bad guy versus the really honorable guy. Is she going to go with the jerk or is she going to go with the good guy? In this situation, Matthew and Stephanie are Jackson's victims. They don't deserve this and are both wonderful people who haven't done anything wrong."

"I can't say what April's response is going to be, but I can say that Jackson is going to have an, 'Oh my God, what have I gotten myself into?' moment at some stage in the very near future. Anytime you think there's solid ground, it turns out to be slippery."

In addition, spoilers confirm that if "Grey's Anatomy" season 10 continues to season 12, so will Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey.

New York Daily News confirms that both actors have signed two-year contracts which will keep them on "Grey's Anatomy" should the series continue for the duration of that time.

Given the recent quote by the ABC president, it would seem this is a safe bet.
