Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce has been one of the most reported news last year. Now, the former couple are starting to finalize their divorce and splitting up their properties according to their pre-nup agreement.

Just hours ago, TMZ reported that the former couple's marital mansion in Tarzana, California has already been sold to The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco and husband Ryan Sweeting.

According to TMZ, "As we first reported, Khloe and Lamar listed the 7-bedroom 8,000 sq. ft. Tarzana home last year for $4 million ... shortly before Khloe filed for divorce. They bought the house for $3.95 million in 2009... Now, sources tell us, the home has sold for $5.49 million ... nearly $1.5 million more than the asking price. According to sources, the house was purchased by "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco and her new husband"

Kaley Cuoco and husband Ryan Sweeting recently just got married last year. While the news is yet to be confirmed, if it is proven to be true, Kaley and Ryan might be looking forward to a huge family to fill up the 8,000 sq. ft mansion they just reportedly bought.

TMZ also reported that Khloe is now starting to find a new home somewhere near her mom, Kris Jenner.

" We're told Khloe's now looking for a new place near her mom in Hidden Hills," TMZ reported. However, US Weekly reported (via Daily Mail) that Khloe already found a new place to live.
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom first met in September 2009. Just weeks after they dated, the two got married on September 27, 2009.

Latin Post recently revealed that Khloe is also looking to change her name back to Khloe Kardashian.

According to Latin Post, "Khloé has asked that her name be restored to Khloé Kardashian, according to legal documents."
