Determined to step up his mayoral duties, Andy pleads with Ellie to appeal to tourists by bringing out her alter ego, Charming Ellie. Enamored by this new, lovable version of her best friend, Jules cannot get enough of "Chellie." Meanwhile, Laurie starts baking "naughty cakes" to increase sales. 

From the synopsis, it looks like fans will be seeing more of Andy as he tries to "step up" his mayoral duties. Fans can also look forward to a new version of Ellie, which Andy refers to as Ellie's alter ego - Charming Ellie or "Chellie".
