The S4 runs on a Snapdragon 600 which clocks at 1.9 GHz. This means that the G2 actually launches apps faster than the Samsung Galaxy S4

While Samsung users have the advantage of being able to remove their battery, the G2 has a longer battery life. It has a 3,000 mAh battery while the Samsung has 2,600 mAh. This gives it about 2 hours more on a single charge.

Last but not least, the camera. While both phones come with 13MP cameras, the G2 has Optical Image Stabilization while the Samsung does not. This means that it gives you better shots and videos in low light as well as more stable videos.
