Jude Law Phone Hacking Scandal Gets Nastier As More Details About Sienna Miller’s Affair With Daniel Craig Is Revealed

The affair between Daniel Craig and Jude Law's ex-wife Sienna Miller took place some time in 2005. However, the scandal's ghost continues to haunt the Sherlock Holmes actor after he finds out that his phone was hacked by the now defunct News of the World to get information that he doesn't want to share to the world.

The British actor is currently in trial against Rupert Murdoch and some of the businessman's former employees over a phone-hacking incident. In a report by the Associated Press, tabloid reporter Dan Evans, who already admitted to the hacking, revealed that he personally heard Miller sending intimate messages to the James Bond actor who she was working with for the film Layer Cake.

"I heard a female voice saying 'Hi, it's me. Cannot speak, I'm at the Groucho (club) with Jude. I love you'," Evans said.

The hacker traced the call and found out that it was for Craig, coming from Miller's number. He then let his editor, Andy Coulson, hear the conversation to which his senior responded 'Brilliant!"

In a report by 9MSN News, Evans continued saying that "he was told by Coulson to make a copy of the recorded message, put it in a padded envelope and take it to reception so it would look like it had been dropped off anonymously at the newspaper. Then another journalist picked it up with "mock surprise", saying, "look what I've found."

Even Law had his own share of scandalous phone calls. Evans said that the Closer actor tried to confront Craig over the phone and urged the latter to admit his infidelity to his wife back then Satsuki Mitchell. The call goes:

"Thanks mate. I hope Saski (Craig's then girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell) doesn't find out," Law said in the message, the court heard.

Law himself has already admitted making such calls. He also answered some personal questions including the betrayal of close relatives who sold information to the tabloid newspapaer in exchange for money.
