Xbox One Games List 2014: Titanfall Most Popular? Respawn Entertainment Game Is ‘High Priority’ For Microsoft

Titanfall is a "high priority" for Microsoft and its gaming development, BGR.com reports, leaving many gamers wondering if it will be Xbox One's most popular game.

"It also looks absolutely bonkers, packed with fast-paced action, unprecedented traversal abilities and huge, hulking mechs. Plus, it eschews the standard tacked-on single-player campaign to completely focus on multiplayer," the website writes.

"A handful of lucky gamers had a chance to play Titanfall during a recent alpha test, and based on the leaked footage from the event, Titanfall lives up to the promise of the original trailers. Titanfall will be available for the Xbox One on March 11th."

Microsoft is being accused of paying YouTube users to promote and advertise the Xbox One, leaving many fans wondering if the same will be done for upcoming Halo 5.

Microsoft Studios Head Phil Spender has revealed there are more Xbox One exclusive titles to be unveiled this year.

"We will have announces in 2014, already working on the plan. I want to have a great E3 this year", Spencer wrote on Twitter.

Xbox One's "Hitman" will experience a return of the game's Contracts mode, leaving many gamers wondering if it will make it one of the more popular games on the next-generation console.

The "Hitman" series creator IO Interactive released a open letter to fans mentioning that the game will retain the "core" of the series, that is, being able to use a "wide range" of tools to take out a diverse group of targets at a global scale, GameSpot.com reports.

Kotaku listed Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag as one of Xbox One's best games.

"Finally this year, with the pirate-themed Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, the series has taken a major and unequivocal step forward. It doesn't lose all of the series' bad habits-hello, follow missions-but it improves many longstanding problems with better stealth, easier-to-navigate cities, and sidequests that actually feel like they help make your character more powerful," the website writes.

PlayStation 4 sold 4.2 million units through the end of 2013 which is approximately 1 million more than its competitor Xbox One, CNN reports, leaving many wondering if the Sony next-generation console has a better games list.
