Upcoming Android Tablets 2014: 12.2" Galaxy Note Pro Slate Arrives In The UK, Packs 2K Display, Quad-Core Chipset, Android 4.4 KitKat

Announced during the CES event in Las Vegas, one of the upcoming Android tablets for 2014 is Samsung's Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro. Now, the tablet can now be pre-ordered in the UK.

According to a report from GSM Arena, the 12.2-inch tablet is now available for the UK market at a whopping price of £649 or about $1076.

In case you are wondering why it's priced that much, it boasta a Super Clear LCD display with 2K (2560 x 1600) resolution, the latest Exynos 5 Octa 5420 chipset, a quad-core Cortex-A15 clocked at 1.9GHz, and a fast 3GB RAM for better multi-tasking capabilities.

Other specs of the Samsung tablet include 32GB of internal memory with further storage expansion options, an 8-megapixel camera and a 2MP front cam, both capable of 1080 video recording at 30fps, a huge 9,500mAh battery and Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.

As you can see, the Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 Pro is the ultimate tablet to beat in the Android platform and in all of the slate industry today. Rumor has it that Samsung unleashed a beast device in order to rival the alleged 12.9-inch iPad that is rumored to launch this year as well.

If you are in the UK and you want to get your hands on this sleek device, you may want to prepare your savings and head on to Samsung's online store.
