Gabrielle Union Wedding Preparations Include Going On ‘Porn Diet’; Dwyane Wade’s Fiancée Bonds With Adult Entertainment Stars To Uncover Their Fitness Secrets

Like all Tinseltown nuptials, Gabrielle Union's wedding will be closely watched not just for the ceremony but for the dress that she will be donning. 

To ensure that Gabrielle Union's wedding dress will fit like a glove, the 'Being Mary Jane' actress is now imitating the eating habits and fitness regimens of adult entertainment actresses whom she met in a gym.

"I'm on the porn diet. I am blessed to work out at a gym that has a lot of adult-entertainment actresses, a lot of porn gals, salt of the earth! Really sweet girls," the 41-year-old eagerly says while on the set of 'Conon'.

Apart from closely observing their workouts, she admits to stalking them whenever they go to the gym's juice bar: "What's crazy is that I'll follow them to like, the gyms have the juice bar, and I watch and see what they're ordering. I'm like, 'Ah, vegan'. Let's sit with it."

Dwyanne Wade's future bride likewise confesses that she maintains a friendly competition with the girls in order to keep herself motivated: "I also compete with them and they don't realize it. We're basically having the ultimate Olympics. They're just not aware that we're in competition with each other."

Apart from Gabrielle Union's wedding, her latest television series has several love scenes which entail a fit physique. In the series, she is a woman caught between a married man and a bachelor from Atlanta.

"You know what the right answer is but she just fights it. It kind of coincides with her work ups and downs and her friendship ups and downs. You really get to see into [her] world and then those worlds begin to live on their own," the actress mentioned about her character.
