Teresa And Joe Giudice Fraud Update: Just when Teresa are up their their neck dealing with their fraud charges, new RHONJ cast member, Amber Marchesa, is making things worse by talking about Teresa Giudice, her family, and the fraud charges on camera. Teresa really thought that the cast would respect her privacy when it comes to the fraud case, but the new season has proven to be a total gossipfest about Teresa and Joe Giudice.

RadarOnline reports, "Teresa looked nervous and subdued when the topic of conversation turned to her fraud drama with Joe: She tried to downplay the whole scene and not make it an issue while the cameras were rolling. Teresa knows that people will try to use her legal woes to create drama and make a name for themselves. Amber will do anything to grab attention - she has fought with every single cast member and now her husband is getting in on it. She went after Melissa [Gorga] first and now has moved onto Teresa Giudice. Amber has been trash talking Teresa snd Joe on camera gabbing about her fraud case" the source said.

"There is a Old Housewives vs. New Housewives feud boiling On RHONJ with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga at the center of the drama against Amber Marchesa," a source exclusively told RadarOnline.  The new girls need to stop talking about Teresa and Joe's fraud charges and start making their own drama. But the Marchesa's are sticking to their plan. "Amber's husband owns a mortgage company and they are trying to make a name for themselves and nothing is off limits including Teresa's legal woes. The Marchesas feel that they are too classy for the rest of the cast members and don't like being associated with criminals like Terea and Joe Giudice."

Melissa and Teresa are both scary when fighting on their own...together the duo have really turned up the heat.  Arguments between the new girls and veteran Housewives has become so intense that reports say the entire cast can't be filmed at the same time.  According to RadarOnilne, new cast memer Amber Marchese will do anything to piss off the veteran Housewives to add to the drama and appear in more RHONJ episodes. But her plan backfired. Melissa and Teresa REALLY dislike her and constantly tell her to shut up. Its gotten so bad that the new Housewives are even threatening to leave the show!

"Everyone was aware that viewers were getting tired of seeing the same arguments occur with Melissa and Teresa, so season 6 is a bit different now that there are new Housewiveswives," says the source. "Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are the newest Jersey Housewives, and they have been involved in a lot of the drama....twin sisters Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are having a hard time dealing with the other Jersey Housewives. The twins come into season 6 of Housewives with their friend Amber Marchese and all three women can't stand the other ladies. There are even rumors that the show is working out so terribly that they might actually quit the hit reality show mid-season."

"These new girls aren't working out," adding, "the twins are over it and ready to quit. I don't see them lasting longer than this season." 

Sources say the new girls 'just aren't working out' with Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga. Once sworn enemies, Tre and Melissa just feel the new girls need to stay off their RHONJ turf. Gorga and Giudice constantly bully and harass the three new cast mates, which includes a set of twins and their best friend, Amber, who hams in up for the cameras. A source said, "Amber wants to make a splash," but Teresa and Melissa are making it very difficult for her, putting her down at every opportunity.

During a recent 'bonding' trip to Atlantic City, the fighting between Teresa and the new girls got so heated that the newbies threatened to leave the show before the season was over. Giudice and Gorga were screaming at the ladies, threatening them to shut up about their family issues and legal problems.

According to RadarOnline, "Teresa has been getting along better than ever with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga this season, so the war is three on three. Twin sisters Nicole and Teresa Napolitano are having a hard time dealing with the other Jersey Housewives."

The source continues, "the twins come into season 6 of Housewives with their friend Amber Marchese and all three women can't stand the other ladies. There are even rumors that Housewives is working out so terribly that they might actually quit the hit reality show mid-season."

Kathy Wakile and her sister Rosie are reportedly keeping their distance from all of the drama, which is not surprising. Kathy and Rosie are probably trying to keep the piece but will eventually choose sides as Housewives keeps filming.

The ladies just started filming the latest season of Housewives. The show started filming late because "the producers just could not get everything together so quickly. They wanted to make sure they are able to get all of the Jersey women for the Christmas holiday and they want Teresa's court drama included but they just didn't move very fast and so production was delayed for a while."

But the show will be missing Tre's trial as the court case of the century gets pushed back from February to April 2014.

Real Housewives Of New Jersey producers are livid because they were counting on the trial to be reality gold for Bravo.

Rating were expected to go through the roof watching as viewers would tune into Teresa and herfamily arriving and leaving court.

Teresa and her husband Joe are accused of a whopping 41 counts of fraud (In case you didn't know).

Teresa and her husband Joe Giudice are facing a multitude of very serious charges, which can result in a 50 year prison sentence each.
