George Zimmerman Boxing Match Interests 5,000 Opponents; Celebrities Line Up To “Punch” Acquitted Killer

George Zimmerman's celebrity boxing match drew a record 5,000 opponents, including celebrities who are all lining up to punch the acquitted killer.

Due to the unusual attention, TMZ reported that the boxing match will be held in a secret location and the organizers hired extra security "to protect George from vengeful foes."

The news website also claimed that there will only be 100 people present for the event, including some selected celebrities and journalists to cover the boxing match. For a chance to see George Zimmerman get beat up, however, you will have to subscribe to a pay site.

In July last year, a grand jury acquitted George Zimmerman for the murder of Trayvon Martin, 17, in a publicized trial that drew criticisms from rights and minority groups.

The teenager was on his way home after buying Skittles and iced tea from a convenience store when he was shot by George Zimmerman. Prosecutors claimed that it was a classic case of racial profiling.

George Zimmerman, for his part, claimed self-defense after he was supposedly attacked by the teenager.

Among the celebrities who volunteered to be his opponent were rappers Game and DMX.

Game told TMZ that his application was junked because George Zimmerman was afraid of him.

However, Damon Feldman, the event's promoter, told Allhiphop.com there's no such thing as George Zimmerman "is open to any challengers that make sense, but he is training hard." In fact, he quoted the acquitted killer as saying, "Game is the perfect opponent."

Meanwhile, DMX-who served time over drugs and reckless driving-promised that he will be jailed again if he steps into the ring with George Zimmerman because he won't follow the rules and will urinate on his face afterwards.

"Once I am done with him, I am going to whip my d**k out and piss on him ... right in his muthaf**kin face."

"Zimmerman is a piece of s**t and that's what he needs to drink," DMX told TMZ.
