Adele Tour 2014: ‘Skyfall’ Singer Confirmed To Work With Phil Collins For New Album, Wins Award In Grammys While At Home

Adele Tour 2014: Adele has been reported be working on a new album and is really serious with it as she has been reported to be working with music icon Phil Collins.

In one of the reports, Collins revealed: "I've just started to work with Adele. She contacted me to write together.” He continued with "I wasn't actuality too aware [of her]. I live in a cave [but] she's achieved an incredible amount and I really love her voice and I love some of that stuff she's done. So, to me, it's always an eye-opener. Educational."

It hasn’t been really confirmed if Collins is working with Adele for her new album, Collins’ new work or just a collaboration but it will be surely be worth the wait for all the fans as it will be a joint force of two respectable artists in the industry backed up by a huge collection of awards and recognitions that made them the big stars of the modern times.

Phil Collins, however, announced 2011 that he has retired from the industry and have decided to just come back into music writing and less of performing.

"I've decided I kind of missed that writing creative stuff, so I'm trying to get back into writing, and that's getting into a certain headspace and personal drive,” former Genesis front man said.

In the recent 2014 Grammys, Adele has been awarded another one showcasing the success of the song ‘Skyfall’ after it just won Best Song in a Movie in this year’s Grammys. The same song also won an Oscar and a Golden Globe for the same category.

The British singer wasn’t able to be present on this year’s awarding ceremony to collect her award but rather tweeted her thoughts and gratitude for the award he received in the Grammys.
