Judy Davis is exiting the miniseries for "personal reasons," The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed. Casting begins immediately to find a replacement for Davis while "24: Live Another Day" filming in London is currently underway. Davis was slated to play the villainous Margot, a British national and the widow of a notorious terrorist, the website reports.

According to Deadline, Davis' exit will have "no impact on production."

Meanwhile, British actor Colin Salmon has joined the cast of "24: Live Another Day." Salmon, who plays Walter Steele on CW's "Arrow," will play General Coburn in the "24" reboot, an intelligent, powerful and fiercely loyal man, Deadline reports.

Tamer Hassan will also appear in "24: Live Another Day." The "Clash of the Titans" actor has recently featured on TV shows "NCIS" and "Dracula."

Other cast member additions include Yvonne Strahovski, Benjamin Bratt, and Stephen Fry; series veterans Kiefer Sutherland, Mary Lynn Rajskub, William Devane and Kim Raver will also be back, according to DigitalSpy.com.

"24: Live Another Day" takes place in London and follows Jack Bauer's story four years after the events of "24"'s final season in 2010. The miniseries will continue with its signature real-time action for each episode, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

"I think it's got a lot of things that's going to satisfy the fans," Rajskub, who will reprise her role as Chloe O'Brian, told E! News. "When you find Chloe, she's just somewhere we've never seen her before. She's in a bad, bad spot...I've gone anti-government and when Jack and I are finally reunited, we're not seeing eye-to-eye and he's being hunted by a CIA agent."
