Justin Bieber scandals list might soon be halted for the 19-year-old singer spent his weekend searching for a solemn place in New York City wherein he could get baptized. According to reports, Bieber is seeking atonement for his recent law-breaking acts.

As per The New York Post, the former boyfriend of Selena Gomez scoured Manhattan for a pool that can be the venue for his baptismal ceremony. He allegedly sought the assistance of Hillsong Church NYC for spiritual help. However, the plan did not push through for lack of time.

"Justin is serious about his Christian faith, and after recent events, he needed to take a pause," claims the insider.

Prior to being arrested for driving under the influence, Bieber likewise made headlines for visiting a Brazilian brothel, for ruining his neighbor's home with eggs, for throwing a wild stripper party, and for vandalizing a hotel in Australia. Two days before the Super Bowl 2014, he was similarly photographed in an uncompromising position with a stripper.

"He would point to a girl he liked and the bodyguard would let her into the booth. At one point, it looked like he was exchanging numbers with one of the brunettes," said one source to E! News

Despite such issues, the Canadian crooner is reportedly a believer of the Hillsong Church and its lead pastor, Carl Lentz.
