American Horror Story Season 4 Similar To Coven Says Ryan Murphy: Costume Designer Hints At New Orleans Setting Once Again?

As "American Horror Story" fans await season 4, some hints about what the upcoming season have surfaced which might contradict earlier reports.

Firstly, it seems "American Horror Story" creator Ryan Murphy is in fact channeling Marlene Dietrich for Jessica Lange's new character.

"Jessica will be back. She says it's her last [season] but I'm going to do everything I can to convince her to continue with the series because I see 'AHS' running for decades. She'll be playing a Marlene Dietrich-type, which has always been one of her dreams," says Murphy to Huffington Post.

In addition, spoilers by Murphy alludes to the fact that "American Horror Story" season 4 will be similar in tone to "Coven."

"My feeling is, if you loved this season, you'll love next season. It has the same sort of comedic tone to it," adds Murphy to EW.

However, he also says that "American Horror Story" season 5 will be "a radically different idea from the stuff we've been doing and it will take a lot of playing."

Recently, EW also interviewed "American Horror Story" costume designer Lou Eyrich, and she appears to believe that the setting for season 4 will once again be New Orleans.

"I've heard rumors that it's going back to New Orleans, but that's all I've heard."

This contradicts the rumblings that "American Horror Story" season 4 might be set in New Mexico, sparking the circus, Roswell, and other desert-related theme rumors.
