iPhone 6 Rumors: Upcoming Apple Smartphone Thinner Than Ever Before, Report Points To June 2014 Launch

If you still can't get enough of iPhone 6 rumors, then this one's for you.

Even before Apple made any teaser images and videos about the upcoming iPhone, rumors and alleged specs have already crowded the rumor mill for months. Now, a new report claims that the unannounced smartphone would be the thinnest iPhone yet.

According to MacRumors, several 'sources from Apple's supply chain' confirmed that the next Apple phone will have a 'much lighter frame'. Apparently, the phone will also have 4.7 inches of screen estate, the biggest the iPhone will have since it was first launched in 2007.

In the report, the iPhone 6 will also be launched in June of this year. Unfortunately, there are no additional information whether there would be a bigger phablet version, which reports have been pointing to for the past few months.

Apple is certainly an innovator, though let us admit that the current iPhone version was a little disappointing for lack of upgrades. But considering how Apple has been handling its 'major' and 'minor' or 'S' version, that may be understandable.
