Elizabeth Vargas' husband Marc Cohn slammed reports he had an affair while his wife was in rehab. TV Anchor Elizabeth Vargas' husband allegedly cheated on her while she was in rehab.

Marc Cohn, is a songwriter who wrote the song "Walking in Memphis," has been married to the 51-year-old Vargas since 2002. Last fall, Elizabeth Vargas announced that she was seeking treatment for alcohol abuse. Vargas came back on the air at "20/20" in January.

The NY Post's Page Six cited multiple sources saying that ABC anchor Elizabeth Vargas' husband, Marc Cohn, had an affair while she was in rehab for alcohol abuse.

ABC News' Elizabeth Vargas' husband Marc Cohn broke his silence about claims that he was unfaithful to his wife while she was in rehab. Marc Cohn denied the accusations to RadarOnine.com.

Cohn told Radar "I have no comment regarding vicious rumors about a so-called 'affair.'"

According to the sources Cohn was comfy with Flywheel Sports chain co-founder Ruth Zuckerman. The pair were spotted together during and after Vargas' stint in rehab. Page Six wrote that Cohn and Elizabeth Vargas were friends with Zukerman before becoming regulars at her Flywheel spin classes.

A source told Page Six "Marc made out he was an angel, standing by his wife while she was in rehab. But meanwhile, he started an affair with a mutual friend."

The source said Cohn and Zuckerman were spotted having dinner at a restaurant near Flywheel's Flatiron studio soon after his wife left for rehab.

The source said "It was disgusting that he was with Ruth while Elizabeth was in rehab."

Another insider told Page Six that Cohn and Zukerman are "just friends" and that they only had one dinner together after Vargas left for rehab.

The insider said "Ruth is friends with both of them. Elizabeth and Marc are separated. Both are legitimately entitled to have dinner with a friend. Ruth and Marc don't have an ongoing relationship. They had one dinner. There is no affair."

Vargas and Cohn are reportedly still living together and not officially separated.

Another source told Page Six, "This isn't a case of a husband wronging a wife while she struggled with her personal problems. Their marriage has struggled for a long while, but he has been a supportive husband and a loyal dad."

Elizabeth Vargas and Marc Cohn have two sons, ages 7 and 10.
