Upcoming Asus Phones 2014: Taiwanese Manufacturer Announces 3 ZenFones In China, To Be Released On April 11, Pricing Begins At Only $100

Upcoming Asus phones 2014: During the CES event in Las Vegas earlier this year, Asus wowed the press with its three budget-friendly but quality ZenFone lineup.

Now, those three devices have been announced in China, and would be officially available from stores beginning on April 11.

According to a report by GSM Arena, Asus announced through its Weibo account that the ZenFone 4, ZenFone 5, and ZenFone 6 will become available for the Chinese market stating on the said date.

While there are no official announcements regarding availability in Europe and in the US, we hope the affordable and quality Asus phones would make their way in other markets as well.

In case you missed our CES coverage, all Asus phones boast almost identical specs except for their display and RAM sizes.

Both the 4 and 5-inchers get only 1GB of RAM, while the ZenFone 6 gets 2GB of RAM. There are also differences in camera resolution, with the 4-inch phone getting a 5MP camera, the 5-inch device getting 8-megapixels, and the 6-inch phablet boasting a 13MP shooter.

As for pricing, all three devices are very cheap, with the ZenFone 4 retailing at only $100, the ZenFone 5 costs $150 while the ZenFone 6 is only priced at $200.
