Upcoming PS4 Games 2014: Racing Game ‘Trials Fusion’ To Be Released Next Week; Square Enix RPG ‘Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn” Now Free To Download On PS Store

One of the upcoming PS4 games this April 2014 is the racing title "Trials Fusion" and it is set to arrive next week.

According to post on IGN, the upcoming PS4 game from Ubisoft, "Trials Fusion" will be available on April 16. Aside from being a PS4 title, the game will also be available on Xbox 360, Xbox One and Windows PC on the aforementioned release date for $20. Meanwhile, the deluxe edition for Trials Fusion which includes a Season Pass for upcoming DLCs is worth $40, as posted on Haptic Feed.

Developed by RedLynx, "Trials Fusion melds the classic, proven Trials formula of simple yet addictive competition with the social and visual breakthroughs of the next generation of gaming," according to its official site.

Meanwhile, the PS Store just got an update, which makes another PS4 game, "Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn" available as a free-to-download title. But according to el33tonline.com, players need to purchase a subscription before they can play it unless they already have an active account.

Describing the Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, the post on US PlayStation Blog reads:

Be amongst the first to explore a land embraced by Gods and forged by Heroes. Embark on the adventure of a lifetime and save the realm of Eorzea.

The features of this PS4 role-playing game involves "All the hallmarks of the FINAL FANTASY franchise, including an engaging storyline, genre-leading graphics, and majestic music."

Players will also experience varied gameplay like Free Companies, public battles and story-centered missions. There will also be a flexible class system which will enable the "players to change roles on the fly, simply by changing their equipped weapon or tool."
