Kim Kardashian ruining her body with plastic surgery? In the quest to find how much enhancement, if any, Kim Kardashian has had, some media outlets have spoken to experts. Plastic surgeons poring over before and after pictures to determine how much of Kim Kardashian is actually real. 

Twitter is on fire with rumors that Kim Kardashian got not only butt implants, but has had work done on her face. Kim Kardashian plastic-surgery-before-and-after-spreads are all over the net.

On the Feb. 23 episode of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim visited a cosmetic dermatologist to ask about having something done to "tighten" and elongate her hands which she thinks look "really wrinkly."

Kardashian says she lost 50 pounds with the low-carb, ketogenic-style Atkins diet and rigorous daily workouts.

Kim Kardashian recently got laser surgery to remove the stretch marks from her breasts, but the reality star denied getting plastic surgery on her breasts and nose.
Kim told "Nightline" in 2010 I'm totally not against plastic surgery." 

Kim has only publicly admitted to having Botox, the tabloids say Kim Kardashian, of the reality TV show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" fame is afraid hat stretch marks may be ruining her body. Kim Kardashian has long been dogged by rumors that her famous but has been surgically enhanced. Kim steadfastly denies it. Kardashian even had a doctor X-ray her butt.

Kardashian has blasted these kinds of rumors before, in January this year Kardashian denied she lost 50 pounds through plastic surgery and liposuction treatments.
She said "It sucks when people make up surgery or Photoshop lies when I am so disciplined and work so hard! I work out so hard and this was such a challenge for me but I did it. I'm so proud of my accomplishment and no one will take this away from me with fake reports!"
