‘Iron Man 4' Plot Spoilers: 'Civil War' Storyline Has Tony Stark As Superhero Hitler! Billionaire Genius Wants Government Control On Heroes! Will He Become The Ultimate Villain?

"Iron Man 4" may reveal a very different side to Tony Stark. Marvel has placed some of the wheels in motion to show "Civil War" in their Cinematic Universe, and Stark's role will make him the Ultimate Villain.

Two things we must remember about Tony Stark that sets him apart from other superheroes: He does not have any superpowers when he's not wearing his armor and he is a billionaire businessman heavily invested in politics. Those realities will affect his decisions and in 'Civil War' it makes him clash with his other superhuman allies.

From Marvel.com, Civil War was triggered when "the U.S. Government proposed the Superhuman Registration Act, intending to register all super-powered beings as living weapons of mass destruction and requiring all costumed heroes to unmask themselves before the government and subject themselves to federally mandated standards."

Of course, when it comes to superhumans and their affairs, SHIELD was involved. The director of SHIELD is Maria Hill (It is notable that in the Cinematic Universe, after the events of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier" this already took place). SHIELD assigned Captain America to become the lead enforcer of the Act but he refused and eventually went underground.

Iron Man was in favor of the act and will directly clash with Captain America. The story arc continues: "In a secret meeting with the President, Iron Man suggested that the President proceed and push the registration act while he, Mr. Fantastic, and Yellowjacket vowed to bring Captain America to the ground."

Not only that, Tony Stark also betrayed his fellow Avengers by siding with villains: "Iron Man assembled a new group of Thunderbolts in order to hunt down the Secret Avengers, consisting of several very brutal villains."

In the Cinematic Universe, the Hulkbuster armor was already seen in "Iron Man 3." There are also reports that it will be featured in "Avengers: Age Of Ultron." The Hulkbuster was Tony Stark's armor designed specifically to subdue the Hulk. It also represents his paranoia towards superhumans and his interest to control or even kill them if they act outside his interest.

It should still be noted that the trigger for the Superhuman Registration Act was a tragedy that involved the death of civilians. The Hulk, in different occasions, has gone on a rampage that lost human lives and massive damage. Stark, as a businessman and a leader only believed that it is the government's interest and responsibility to preserve the safety of the general public. They should control any threats even if it's superhumans.

The leaders of both sides (Captain America, Iron Man) have clashed over other issues before-specifically leadership of the Avengers. It is totally logical that they will eventually clash again.

Would you like to see "Civil War" portrayed on the big screen even if it means Iron Man plays the 'villain?'
