‘Suits’ Season 4 Spoilers: Promotional Poster Hints Separation; Rachel Moving On From Mike Ross As She Gets New Position?

The "Suits" season 4 promotional poster has hinted of a separation within the firm as the upcoming episodes may feature Rachel moving on from Mike Ross after she gets a new position.

The tagline "Suits" season 4 according to the poster is "A firm, divided." Indeed, writers and bloggers have noted the body language of the cast as well as where they are sitting or standing as an indication of the changes in the upcoming season.

Maggie Furlong of Yahoo TV observed that Mike Ross is wearing a lighter suit which is in keeping with his new job in the financing world. He is sitting on a chair alone signifying how isolated he is from the firm.

Harvey Specter is sitting on the leather sofa, but Rachel is also sitting at the back of the sofa looking away from Mike and her finger nearly brushing Harvey's arm, which could mean she still supports him.

At the background of the photo are Jessica, Louis and Donna who "seem to be much more untroubled," wrote Alyssa Pando in TV Images. She suggested that this should serve as a good sign for the law firm that needs some sort of stability amid all the changes in "Suits" season 4.

Earlier, creator Aaron Korsh told TVLine that Rachel will take on more responsibilities as she juggles her time between law school and working for Jessica and Harvey.

"She's acting as an attorney within the firm, sort of like a summer associate as opposed to a paralegal," Aaron Korsh said. "We're gonna be a little bit surprised to see what her new position is."

Rachel and Mike will still have a lot of time to interact even if he's already working with an investment banker because he's still a client of the firm.

"It was a way to let him leave the firm but still be in our world," the showrunner added.

"Suits" season 4 will air on USA network on June 11.
