'Vampire Diaries' cast member Joseph Morgan might not be successful in winning the heart of Caroline Forbes (Candice Accola) in the supernatural series but in reality, the 33-year-old actor is happy after proposing to his girlfriend.
It has been confirmed that 'Vampire Diaries' cast stars Joseph Morgan and Persia White are already engaged. The news has been confirmed during the CW Network's Upfront event in New York City.
Joseph Morgan and Persia White first met in 2011 on the set of the vampire flick. The British actor is known for his manipulative character Klaus Mikaelson whereas the 41-year-old actress played the role of Abby Bennett-Wilson, Bonnie's mother.
What took place during Joseph Morgan's proposal to Persia White? The 'Originals' actor preferred to stay mum but did his best to describe what he felt that time: "I'm not going to go into specific detail. But I tried to be romantic. It was a nerve-wracking moment but it was special."
Morgan used to regularly appear on 'The Vampire Diaries' but later left the show to star on spin-off series 'The Originals' which focused on the Mikaelson family members' early lives.
White, on the other hand, formerly appeared on 'Girlfriends'. Aside from having television roles, she likewise devotes her time to causes battling animal cruelty.
