‘Hawaii Five-0’ Cast Scott Caan To Enjoy Fatherhood Soon; Series To Resume Airing Without Hitch After Legal Issue Resolved

"Hawaii Five-0" cast Scott Caan and his girlfriend, Kacy Byxbee, are reportedly expecting a baby while the series can now resume airing without a hitch after the civil case filed by a former agent was ordered thrown out by the court.

The Life & Style magazine first broke the news after speaking to a source who pointed out the Twitter post of the friend of "Hawaii Five-0" cast Scott Caan's girlfriend.

"Kacy's friend posted a photo of her very pregnant belly with the hashtag #babycaan on Instagram," the source said.

According to Wet Paint, Scott Caan met his girlfriend Kacy Byxbee on the set of "Hawaii Five-0." The couple, however, has not confirmed nor deny the report.

However, the website said that it's not expecting any huge announcement since "Hawaii Five-0" cast Scott Caan is known for being very private despite his success with the CBS show and in earlier HBO hit series, "Entourage."

Last week, a court in Los Angeles County threw out the $100 million lawsuit filed by George Litto against CBS and Rose Freeman for negotiating a deal that led to the creation of the "Hawaii Five-0" in 2010.

Judge Elizabeth Allen White said in his ruling that George Litto isn't entitled share of any revenue from the "Hawaii Five-0" reboot because the deal between CBS and Rose Freeman, creator Leonard Freeman's widow, "did not include rights to the new series."

In a statement by Henry Gradstein, lawyer for Litto, he said that his client "was responsible for transactions generating nearly $30 million for the Freeman family following Leonard Freeman's death in 1974."

"The judge's decision was a parsing of language without regard to evidence bearing on the parties' obvious intent to include future television revenues, wrongly deprived Litto of a jury trial and will not withstand appeal," the statement added.
