'Big Bang Theory' season 8 spoilers will soon reveal if Sheldon really took off to reflect and perhaps change his perspective in various things. However, some fans argue that Sheldon's character won't change. Can Amy make him stay?

Sheldon and Amy took their relationship to the next level when they kissed. While it could be the start of a blossoming affair, Sheldon wasn't fascinated with the idea of them living together which prompted him to take the train.

Jim Parsons himself is still unsure if his character will come back for 'Big Bang Theory' season 8: "I never thought of that, but you're right - he could show back up at home immediately, couldn't he?"

Parsons claims that he kept on asking the creative team about the fate of his character but none of the member's would tell him the answer.

He likewise told TV Line about the progress of his relationship with Amy: "I don't know that we're headed for the bedroom or the altar any time soon. But, whatever... The writers have been so good with the pace of it, just bring more is all I would say."
