‘American Sniper’ Cast Bradley Cooper Works Hard On Film’s Set; Suki Waterhouse’s Boyfriend Slated To Star In Broadway’s ‘The Elephant Man’
"American Sniper" cast Bradley Cooper is working hard on the film's set as Suki Waterhouse's boyfriend is set to star in Broadway's "The Elephant Man."
In a series of photos published by MailOnline, "American Sniper" cast Bradley Cooper can be seen taking aim through a scope of a long rifle along with other soldiers in what seemed to be a marksmanship training.
The "Silver Linings Playbook" actor was wearing a full-battle camouflage uniform as he plays the late Chris Kyle, who the military said had 160 confirmed kills during four tours in Iraq as a member of the Navy SEAL Team 3. The website said that for his exploits, he was given the monicker "Devil of Ramadi" by the rebels.
Chris Kyle was killed at age 38 in February 2013.
In another photo, Bradley Cooper and Siena Miller are shooting a wedding scene on a yacht in Marina del Rey.
According to Eric Close, who co-stars with Bradley Cooper in the film as an agent of the Defense Intelligence Agency, said that the "American Hustle" actor is very dedicated to his workout regimen in order to gain 40 pounds.
"He's really been working hard. He looks great. He's really taken on this character," Eric Close told E! News. "He really takes this story personally and wants to do an honorable job for Chris' memory and for his family."
The film has a stellar cast and legendary director. Helmed by Clint Eastwood, the film also stars Sienna Miller, Luke Grimes, Kyle Gallner, Jake McDorman, Sam Jaeger, Brian Hallisay, and Marnette Patterson.
Meanwhile, "American Sniper" cast Bradley Cooper is set to reprise his role as "The Elephant Man" in Broadway, according to NY Daily News. The show will run from October 18 to January 18 at the Booth Theatre.
"The Elephant Man" is the story of Joseph Merrich in the 19th century, a severely deformed man who managed extricate himself from the misery of circus life to capture the hearts of Victorian England with his intelligence.
