‘Arrow’ Season 3 Cast Stephen Amell Goes Rigid Superhero Workout; Spoilers On Oliver And Felicity’s Relationship Still Bleak

"Arrow" season 3 cast Stephen Amell posted a video of his rigid superhero workout as the spoilers on Oliver and Felicity's relationship still bleak.

The 1-minute video showed "Arrow" season 3 cast Stephen Amell manuevering an obstacle course representing the skylines of Starling City. He also showed off the Arrow salmon ladder move which takes a lot of precision, timing and strength.

Stephen Amell's workout was almost flawless until the end when he screwed the landing but as IGN noted only a few people can do what he did during the workout.

Meanwhile, the actor offered some "Arrow" season 3 spoilers to CelebTV  when he said: "I'll tell you what -- whether or not that was a ruse, a bait-and-switch, he really meant it -- we're gonna find out very early on in Season 3 if he actually meant it."

The writers of the show might explore some more the obvious attraction of Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) toward Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) and during the final episode last season, the two had a chance to talk after Oliver told Felicity that he loved her, even if it was just a ploy to take down Slade Wilson.

Stephen Amell dished out some "Arrow 3" spoilers and how the relationship between Felicity Smoak and Oliver Queen can go forward.

"Even though Oliver's admission of love for his galpal was just a ruse in the moment, Amell says those words 'came from an honest place," he told TV Guide.

 "The Arrow" season 3 main villain would be different from season 2's Deathstroke who seemed to be a master puppeteer pulling all strings at once.

 "I don't think that will necessarily be the case in Season 3. It's going to be a little bit different than in Season 2," he said, which does seem to confirm The Dark Archer story arc.

John Barrowman, who plays The Dark Archer, was promoted to series regular for season 3.
