Lil Kim Baby Girl Named Royal Reign; Proud Rapper Mom Lil Kim Welcomes Lil Princess In New Jersey

Lil' Kim has a lil' baby girl. The sexy rapper and protégé of Biggie Smalls gave birth to a baby girl. Lil' Kim  names her lil' princess Royal Reign.

According to E! News, Lil' Kim gave birth to her baby girl Royal Reign at 9:58 a.m. Monday morning at Hackensack University Medical Center in New Jersey. Royal Reign was born weighing in at 6 pounds, 5 ounces and measuring 19.5 inches long.

Lil' Kim's baby daddy is reportedly to be New York-based rapper Mr. Papers. Neither Lil' Kim nor Mr. Papers' people have publicly confirmed it.

Lil' Kim first showed off her baby bump in February at the MAC Cosmetics and The Blonds Fashion Week after-party in New York City.

Lil' Kim told E! News at New York's Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week that "My little boo boo is coming! My little baby boo, my sunshine!"

"I'm so excited! I can't wait to be a mom," Lil Kim told Us magazine in February.

"I'm still going to work. I'm still going to be hardcore," she said. "The baby has made me even more of a beast!"

Talking to InTouch during a recent party for "David Tutera's CELEBrations" that was shot for WEtv, Lil Km explained her regal frame of mind.  "Everything had a royal twist. At the beginning of the party, I was announced as The Queen with two trumpeters and even wore a crown!"

Fellow celebrities have already expressed their joy on Twitter. Rapper Missy Elliott Tweeted "Congratulations 2 my sis @LilKim & her precious healthy Babygirl #RoyalReign May she be Blessed! I'm happy 4 u kimmy (hugs)."

Miley Cyrus tweeted "Congrats to my bb and her bb @LilKim."
