Miley Cyrus and Noah Cyrus look ... just like sisters. The twerking superstar took time out of her Bangerz Tour 2014 to hit the clubs and snap some pics.

Miley Cyrus Instagrammed a picture with her look-alike younger sister Noah Cyrus this week and you can see the family resemblance. Miley is wearing mismatched prints. Noah has a metallic green pencil skirt with a T-shirt on.

On Wednesday, June 11, Miley posted a pic of the sisters captioned, "she so kiewt @noahcyrus #baffroomselfie."

Miley was also caught clubbing with her 14-year-old sister Noah this week. The tabloids are asking are Miley's partying habits being passed on to Noah Cyrus?

Miley Cyrus' little sister Noah Cyrus is all grown up and the two have been enjoying the tour life. Miley's sister is a child actress. Right now she's in Europe with Miley, who is in the middle of her "Bangerz" tour. The sisters look like they're having a blast.

Noah Cyrus had a big night out with Miley in Barcelona this week. The Instagram picture may have been snapped in the bathroom of the Barcelona hotspot.

Earlier this week, the media started to rumble when Miley and Noah danced to a Bob Marley song on Instagram in what the press said might have been inappropriate for a 14-year-old.

Cyrus will get a break in her world tour in late June before she hits the road again in August. Miley forced to cancel several tour dates after she suffered an allergic reaction to Cephalexin, a prescription flu medicine. Cyrus told Ryan Seacrest in April, "I had basically been poisoning myself with something I didn't know I was really scary allergic to and it was so scary-I couldn't breathe and my skin-everything-was going insane."
