Sources are saying that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West already want a baby sister for North West.

Is another baby in the works of Kim and Kanye?

A source told HollywoodLife.com that North West is might be a big sister soon if Kim has anything to do with it.

A source who claims to be close to Kimye told HollywoodLife.com "They're going at it like you wouldn't believe and it's all natural between them so if it's in the universe for another child than they will welcome it with with open arms,"

But the source said  "They're a married couple and while they're not planning to get pregnant per se, it wouldn't be a surprise if Kim was knocked up."

Kimye are already rumored to be wasting no time on another baby.

Kimmy previously confessed: "I've always wanted about six kids. After having North, I would have a million."

Kim's sister Kourtney revealed she was pregnant during this week's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
