Upcoming Nokia Phones 2014: 2 New Midranger Lumias Prepared To Make China Debut On June 21, Costs $210

If you still can't get enough for upcoming Nokia phones for 2014, then you would surely be pleased with this new pair of TD-LTE enabled devices, soon to be released in China.

According to a report by GSM Arena, Nokia has announced two new midrangers which would be available in the world's largest smartphone market beginning on June 21.

In the report, both devices were present during the Mobile Asia Expo, and would soon be heading to China Unicom in the Asian country.

In case you are interested with the phone's specs, both the Lumia 636 and 638 are midrangers with 4.5-inch displays with WVGA resolution, a Snapdragon 400 chipset, and 1GB of RAM.

Also on board is TD-LTE, which is the Chinese version of 4G LTE, and Windows Phone 8.1 Based on the Lumia 630, the camera of both the Lumia 636 and 638 should be 5 megapixels.

In the report, both devices would be priced at CNY 1,300 or only $210. For a midrange Nokia handset with decent specs and the latest Windows Phone update, that price is already a great bargain.

A couple of weeks ago, the Lumia 638 was made available for pre-order at a slightly cheaper price of CNY 1,200. However, because the device is now officially unveiled at a mobile event, the price could just remain at CNY 1,300, which is still pretty cheap for a device with these specs.

In spite its sale to Microsoft in May, Nokia still releases handsets which are mostly for the emerging market. The company's build and design for its phones are still among the best in the business, and now that they are paired with a continuously-improving mobile platform, more and more consumers would surely want to try them out, especially with their budget price tags.

Are you interested in getting either the Nokia Lumia 636 or 638?
